TARGET
TIMER/CONTROLLER
More and more pistol shooting clubs are discovering the benefits of having an Intronics Target Timer/Controller on their range.
These timers have been constantly developed for over 30 years

Target Timer/Controller
Our Target Timers/Controllers are extremely compact and user friendly. Both versions are operated in the same way so switching between systems is easy!
All known pistol (and rifle) matches for target turners (Australia and New Zealand) are programmed with correct sequence. Built in are all known matches which can be added or removed from user's active list. Any match not yet included may be added as requested. Also, there is provision for users to add up to 3 extra programs for "special" matches. The chip is easily replaced when new matches are added.
Power to turn and power to face are selected by simply changing option via keyboard (on stand alone timers) or jumper in UHF receivers. The Stand Alone version can drive turners or falling plates.
There are two types of timer:
1) the "Stand Alone" which is sufficient for matches with a fixed firing line. This version can also drive falling plates.
2) UHF Remote which is the best for matches where the RO moves down the range with detail for varying distances (such as action matches). The UHF Remote can be used to change times during match without returning to receiver so is very user friendly in such cases. This version can
drive falling plates or target movers in addition to turners. The hand held controllers are state of the art and use a lithium rechargeable battery.
NEW IN 2026
Any solenoid voltage can now be catered for - 12 or 24V DC, 12 or 24V AC. 240V AC requires separate relay box but we can do that!
For clubs with turners mounted on rails that move targets toward fixed firing lines we have RF link available that can be added to stand alone timer or UHF timer receiver. This system uses around 900MHz so as to not interfere with key fob or UHF systems.
Centre fire match precision time has been changed to 240sec as per new rules.
The stand alone timer has an optional "key fob" remote for start and stop. This allows the RO to move freely along detail line.
